Kensington Resort Jeju Jungmun – Guest FAQ

1. Is there a laundry service?
A self-service laundry room is available on-site, equipped with washers and dryers.
Payment is by credit card only.
Irons are available for rent at the front desk.

2. Can I reserve baby amenities?
Due to limited availability, baby amenities can be requested upon check-in.
Available items include: baby cribs, bed guards, and step stools.

3. Is cancellation free in case of illness?
If you need to cancel due to illness, you must submit official documentation such as a hospital certificate or receipt.
Please send the documents via email to the reservation team.
After review, we will inform you if the cancellation can be processed without penalty.
If your reservation was made through an online travel agency, you must cancel it directly through that platform.

4. Are emergency medical supplies available?
Under current Korean law, we are not permitted to provide any medication.
However, basic first-aid items such as disinfectant, ointment, and bandages are available.

5. Is there an ATM?
There is no ATM inside the resort.
The nearest ATM is located at a 7-Eleven, about a 3-minute walk from the resort.

6. Can I modify or cancel a reservation made through an online travel agency (OTA)?
If your reservation was made through a third-party platform (e.g., Booking.com),
any changes or cancellations must be handled directly through that platform.
Please contact the OTA’s customer service for assistance.

7. Can I add extra guests?
One additional guest is allowed per room beyond the standard occupancy.
For guests aged 13 and older, an extra guest fee of ₩22,200 applies.
※ Stays exceeding the maximum room occupancy are not permitted.

8. How do I control the lights and heating/cooling in the room?
Room lights can be adjusted using the wall-mounted switches.
Cooling is controlled by a separate air conditioning remote, and
heating is controlled using the boiler panel on the wall.

9. Where is the smoking area?
The designated smoking area is located in the outdoor parking lot.
