A. The resort is located at 530, Hallimhaean-ro, Hallim-eup, Jeju.
You can use ma apps like Google Maps or Naver Maps and search for “Kensington Resort Jeju Hallim” to find the location

Q. Do you have a partnership with any rental car businesses?
A. Yes, we have a partnership with SOCAR. You may download a SOCAR app to make a reservation.< Please note that a valid Korean driving license is required.

Q. How can I make a taxi reservation?
A. You can book a taxi via the KAKAO Taxi or Uber Taxi apps. Alternatively, in the Hallim area, you can call (+82)064.796.9191/9595 for a reservation.

Q. How can I use public transportation to get to the resort? Do you have a shuttle bus service? A. We do not offer a shuttle bus service, but you can take public transportation as follows: ①From Jeju Airport (GATE 4), take bus 102
②Get off at Aewol Transition Bus Stop
③Transfer to Bus 202 and get off at Yong-UnDong
④From there, it’s a 7 minute walk to the resort

Q. Is there an ATM in the resort?
A. There is no ATM within the resort.
The nearest ATM is at “Hallim Jeju Bank” located 8 minutes by car from the resort.

Q. Is there a supermarket nearby?
A. Yes, there is a Hanaro Supermarket, which is 9 minutes by car.
For a more local shopping experience, you can visit the Hallim Traditional 5-Day Market, which operates on the 4th, 9th, 14th, 19th, 24th, and 29th of each month.

Q. Do you have a swimming pool? If not can you recommend a nearby beach?
A. We do not have a swimming pool, but we recommend the following nearby beaches
Gwakji Beach (if you plan to visit the Aewol Café Street)
HyeopJae Beach or Geumneung Beach (Ideal for lunch or dinner outings)

Q. Is room service available?
A. Room service is not available.
However, you can purchase a night snacks from the TOGO-Menu (Fried Chicken, Sausages, and Shrimp with chips and Pizza) at the Lounge,
There is also a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor (Ground floor)

Q. Do you offer laundry facilities or services?
A. We do not provide a laundry services or have on-site laundry facilities.
However, you can visit the Coin Laundry “The Laundry Jeju Hallim”, located near Lotteria, which is an 8 minute drive from the resort
